Women in the ranks of the Ukrainian Armed Forces are reshaping the rules of the battlefield — proving each day that professionalism, resilience, and dedication know no gender. Female drone operators in the Security and Defense Forces are carrying out critical missions, from reconnaissance to strike operations.

Together with our Dutch partner, Protect Ukraine, we are implementing the Female Point of View (FPV): A Women’s Perspective project, providing female service members with essential equipment.

Over the past few months, we have visited frontline areas, delivered gear, and spoken directly with the military. So far, 45 complete sets — including FPV goggles, controllers, tactical backpacks, camouflage nets, and other crucial items — are helping women successfully carry out combat missions.

We are deeply grateful to Protect Ukraine for their unwavering support. Our work continues to ensure that Ukrainian defenders – both men and women – have all needed to effectively fight back.
