The “Recovery Wings” project continues to offer Ukrainian veterans valuable opportunities for healing and personal growth.
Two groups of veterans recently completed the educational program — one in late September and the other in October. Twelve new alumni learned about FPV technology using simulators, adding diversity and engagement to their rehabilitation process.
The project team takes great pride in the participants’ achievements throughout the course and hopes their accomplishments inspire veterans to pursue new avenues for personal growth in their civilian lives.
Additionally, project activities foster new connections within the veteran community and provide a safe space for honest communication.
Currently, two more groups of veterans have begun their learning journeys through the “Recovery Wings” project. This opportunity is made possible through the “Ukraine Rapid Response Fund” program implemented by IREX with the support of the U.S. Department of State.
