On April 17, we hosted the Tech Explorers 2nd Fundraising Evening — “Shaping Tomorrow” at the Chevy Chase Club, bringing together leaders across technology, innovation, and public service in support of Ukraine 🇺🇦

Thanks to this incredible community, we raised $110,000 to expand access to technology education for children across new locations in Ukraine.

The evening featured several powerful moments:

A keynote conversation between General David H. Petraeus and CNN’s Kimberly Dozier, offering insights on leadership and global challenges.

A curated auction of Ukrainian contemporary art — including works from regions currently under occupation — a testament to resilience and creative expression.

Inspiring demonstrations from students showcasing their drone flying skills, highlighting the real impact of hands-on learning.

Tech Explorers is a Dignitas Ukraine initiative designed to expand access to high-quality STEM education for Ukrainian youth, particularly children of defenders and those affected by the war. The program reaches two age groups (ages 7–17), building foundational engineering skills while preparing a new generation of innovators who will drive Ukraine’s high-tech future and post-war recovery.

This event was more than a fundraiser. It was a reflection of what’s possible when community, purpose, and opportunity come together.

Thank you to everyone who joined us. Together, we are shaping tomorrow — today. 🌟
